An excellent experience start to finish. Staff were excellent from reception to cleaning to restaurant staff. The buffet has to be seen to be believed. I don't think i've ever seen such a wide selection both at breakfast and evening meals. You name it they had it. I had a seafood buffet on the day I arrived. Didn't expect lobster and crab claws, but it really was as much as you could eat. Each area had a different theme. It was enormous. Hotel was a top class facility. Clean with everything you'd expect. Pool was good. Beach area was good. I even saw all the staff out on the beach at the end of the day picking up any litter. About 25 of them and it was 30 degrees. They all were doing it with a smile and having a bit of fun doing it. Grounds perfectly maintained. Room top class. They ran regular transport to and from a shopping centre about 20 minutes away. I expected a queue for a tiny minibus and then a full size coach turned up. Really really impressed with this hotel. Location was great with great views over the south China Sea. Did a bit of kayaking too. Staff very helpful as I'd never done it before. Scan QR code at your beach table and order food / drinks. Not used to this level of service back in the UK but may be the norm for Singapore. If you ever read this. Well done.

Went here for our honeymoon recently. The room was a great location for views however we did hear the delivery trucks come and go quite often. Housekeeping was a solid 10/10, they always kept our room tidy, made our bed, stocked up on all room supplies. We had kissing swans and rose petals put on our bed along with macaroons, chocolates and a chocolate cake to share in our bar fridge which was incredibly thoughtful! The pool area is amazing! They have daily water activities to partake in and a designated adults-only area. Drinks were fantastic, food was great but there would perhaps be a little more options available. Also look out for the giant lizards near the pool they love the food lol! We loved seeing them. The only complains I had was the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, although I requested a mattress topper twice, I don’t think they understood what was being requested and we just got extra blankets handed to us. If you are a side-sleeper perhaps BYO mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. The first morning our table was also accidentally given up at the breakfast buffet, causing us to get re-seated mid-breakfast not long after being there. The dinner buffet was not worth the price either, it could’ve been a lot cheaper with what is being offered. Would we return? Absolutely. Would just BYO mattress topper next time and perhaps give the dinner buffet a miss! Also highly recommend Trapizza which is a walk around the corner and the bubble bar was great for drinks! Thanks for making our stay a wonderful one!

Amazing place to stay! The pool was beautiful and very child friendly with a mini splash park. Near the lifts was an ice and water machine to fill your drink bottles with which wad amazing for the hot days! Have missed that everywhere else! Was a bit out of the way to everything else, so taxi was the only way for us.

Although I didn’t personally stay at the hotel this time, I really want to write a review because the experience for my sister and husband was amazing. They live in Perth WA and this week saw their 36th wedding anniversary. To help commemorate this, my cousins from Melbourne joined them for dinner there. I wanted to help them celebrate and so contacted the hotel with some background information, asking them to help me order a bottle of fizz for their meal. Not only did they help me with this, but on hearing of the special occasion Kathleen (PR Manager) went above and beyond with a number of other much appreciated gestures to make their stay even more special. I can’t thank the team enough and I wanted to take the time to write a review in recognition of the amazing service from Kathleen and the team. This service is of very high standard and should be reviewed accordingly. Thank you again so much

Just returned from a 15 night stay at Rasa Sentosa. Had a wonderful relaxing stay, where we were looked after attentively by all staff that we came in contact with. A special thank you goes to the following F+B staff, Sabrina, Jack, Nabil, Rina, Kumar, Johash, Rebecca and Cecilia inc others. F+B staff were very helpful where certain dietary needs were required. Compared to previous visits we could see that the Recreation Team have upped their game and provide excellent entertainment and involvement for children and adults alike in the pool area. Our room was surprisingly decorated on our arrival to mark our anniversary and the room staff were as always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism would be that the curtesy bus leaves a bit late first thing in the morning at 11 o'clock.
